At PREMIER Airport Concierge, we understand that travel plans can change. To provide the highest level of service to all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation and service change policy below:
Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before service time – Full refund / No charge
- Within 24 hours of service time – 50% of service fee charged
- Within 6 hours of service time or no-show – Full service fee charged
Flight Delays
We actively monitor flight statuses. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust the service time at no additional cost, provided the delay does not exceed 3 hours.
Delays over 3 hours may incur a waiting fee or rescheduling based on availability.
Rescheduling
- More than 12 hours in advance – No rescheduling fee
- Within 12 hours – Subject to availability and may include a modification fee
Exceptions
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. In cases of:
- Verified medical emergencies
- Airline cancellations
- Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, government restrictions)
We will review the situation and may waive or reduce fees at our discretion.
